- تكاليف النقل الجوّي والبري تقع على عاتق المشاركين.
- طلبة الدكتوراه والأساتذة الجزائريون: تُدفع بعد قبول الملخص البحثي مباشرة رسوم التسجيل والمقدرة بــ 3000دج في حساب المركز و400 دينار تونسي يوم إستقبال المؤتمر ، هذه الرسوم للغرف الثنائية .
- الأساتذة والطلبة من تونس وليبيا : رسوم المؤتمر 450 دينار تونسي ، هذا المبلغ للغرف الثنائية .
- الأساتذة والطلبة من تونس فقط، المشاركة في المؤتمر دون إقامة ودون إعاشة رسومها 100 دينار تونسي .
- من باقي دول العالم:200 يورو/أو ما يقابلها بالدولار، يُدفع المبلغ يوم الاستقبال .
- كل شخص يريد إقامة فردية يدفع مبلغاً إضافياً على المبلغ المحدد أعلاه والمقدر 30 دينار تونسي لليلة الواحدة ( 90 د ت لثلاث ليالٍ)
- تشمل حقوق المشاركة في المؤتمر: الإقامة في فندق أربعة نجوم، الإطعام، محفظة المؤتمر، المشاركة في فعاليات المؤتمر، شهادة مشاركة معتمدة من طرف مركز المدار المعرفي،جامعة جندوبة ومخبر C3S الفرنسي.
